Gear up for the second edition of the 4xFOUR Michelin Pop-up at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu, from the November 25-28. Three-star Michelin chef Alvin Leung, who is known for his ‘X-treme Chinese’ cuisine will be part of the event this time around. Often called The Demon Chef, he was also a part of the panel on MasterChef Canada. Chef Alvin runs two restaurants, three Michelin star recipient Bo Innovation and one Michelin star recipient, MIC Kitchen, both in Hong Kong. He is also one of only two self-taught chefs in charge of a professional kitchen that has received Michelin stars, with the other being Heston Blumenthal. The service consisting of six courses will be open for lunch and dinner and is priced at Rs 4,500 (without taxes and alcohol). After the success of the first pop-up, we can’t wait to see what Chef Alvin brings to the table.
