Kareena Kapoor Khan’s snack before hitting the ramp is the opposite of what you’d expect

Kareena Kapoor Khan, the queen of healthy eating, the creator of the gym look, would never touch something that’s basically a time bomb of carbs and saturated fat, right? Wrong. We spoke to the star at the Taj Lands End hotel in Bandra, right before she hit the Lakme Fashion Week ramp for Anamika Khanna’s Spring/Summer ’18 show, and among other fun confessions, we found out Kareena Kapoor Khan’s snack to keep her ramp energy high is… a plate of French fries.

If you were expecting a handful of makhana or a hydrating gallon of fresh coconut water, perhaps a green smoothie full of healthy-sounding unmentionables, you’ll be pleased to know that even blue-blooded Bollywood stars can’t resist a serious case of the munchies. 

Of course, not one ounce of those five-star french fries showed on the Kareena’s svelte frame, which is exactly why she shells out big bucks to train with Pilates warrior Namrata Purohit. A workout plan that allows you an entire plate of French fries right before a major red carpet event? We can get on board with that.
