Despite having given birth two months ago, the Khloé Kardashian weight loss plan seems to have already given the star her abs back. And, whilst we’re totally ready to roll our eyes at this statement, we’re happy to learn that the new mum has shared her diet and exercise plan, and it’s not based on a short-term fix or fad.
In fact, the 33-year-old designer has made clear she isn’t using a get thin quick method, instead opting for workouts that appear to support both her mental health and body.
I truly dislike when people report I’ve lost a tremendous amount of weight in a short amount of time or when people claim I’m doing these ridiculous diets. It’s really setting the wrong tone. I believe in making lifestyle changes when it comes to my food.

Dieting is great but dieting doesn’t typically create long lasting results. I also believe that working out is so incredibly healthy and should be done to each individuals own rhythm of life. There’s no one size fits all when health and fitness.

Last week the gym bunny posted her annoyance at those suggesting she was unhealthily losing weight, instead pointing out she is an advocate for healthy lifestyle changes.
In the spirit of transparency, she went on to share her weight loss plan on her app, which details how she hopes to lose the 25 pounds she gained during her pregnancy.
E! reports that nutritionist Dr Philip Goglia has designed a food plan that is low on carbs, but with plenty of snacks and lots of protein to keep her full throughout the day.
“The best part”‘ she explains, “is that I’m never hungry because I’m always eating.”
Despite posting on her Instagram she has been using diet shakes, her meal plan does not include them.
Some of the rules she diligently sticks to include: “drink one ounce of water per pound of body weight per day, rely on oatmeal and asparagus for gut health and avoid carbs at night.”
Having said that, due to the fact she is breastfeeding and recently gave birth, her doctor has recommended “healthy” carbs at night, including, “yams and rice.”
Her daily plan is made up of eight meals, starting with a pre-workout almond butter and jam and a post-workout breakfast of porridge, eggs and berries. For lunch and dinner she enjoys a serving of protein, usually chicken or fish, with plenty of salad and vegetables, particularly, “those high in iron, like spinach, beets, asparagus, broccoli or romaine.”
Her snacks are fruit or vegetables with a handful of almonds, and berries after dinner to keep the sweet cravings at bay.
I’m sure the McDonald’s run didn’t help the other day but it’s what my hang over needed lol life is all about balance

Of course, the new mum believes in a treat, and recently Tweeted about indulging in a cheat meal at McDonalds.
Add onto this the daily workout sessions with Coach Joe – which she describes as her “sanctuary” – and it’s no wonder the pounds are falling off her.
You go mum!
