Label Ritu Kumar is all set to announce vibrant Bollywood actress, Kiara Advani as the face of the brand’s Autumn/Winter ’19 collection today.
Advani, who is seen grooving in the upbeat dance video campaign adds the perfect spark to the brand’s new season collection titled Structured Pastoral. Choreographed by Ashley Lobo, to the backdrop of eclectic music, the video creates a lively upbeat vibe; befitting Kiara’s young and vivacious personality. The actor looks reminiscent of an age of innocence, wearing a black high-neck structured dress with a laser cut-work jacket. Kiara embodies the quintessential Ritu Kumar woman, who mixes modern and vintage with complete ease.
With a colour palette of burnt reds and dominant blacks accompanied by subtle metallic detailings, the new collection is the perfect amalgamation of old-world charm with modern-day influences.
We caught up with Kiara Advani to talk about her association with the 50-year-old brand, fashion, beauty and more.

ELLE: With so many retro fashion trends coming back into style, what’s a 90’s trend you love and one you would never try?
KA: 90s style I wouldn’t try, goth. And one that I love would be the fanny pack, it’s my go-to bag right now.
ELLE: You have amazing skin, do you have a favourite home remedy or skincare tip for our readers to try?
KA: Always moisturise, use sunblock before stepping out and never forget to remove your makeup no matter how tired you may be. My skin is neither oily nor dry, it’s in between. So baby oil serve as a perfect makeup remover for me. I like to keep it as natural as possible.
