Lisa Mishra shows you how to add a pop of colour to your make-up this season

The rainy season brings along its own set of gloom. With grey skies taking over, a little pop of colour can make a massive difference. Musician Lisa Mishra proves breaking the monotony with bright hues that will instantly transform your look. Ralph Lteif, pro make-up artist, Dior Beauty, shows you how to brighten things up differently this monsoon.

Look 1: GRAPHIC POP-OF-COLOUR EYES

Give your smoky eye a break. Adding a solid pigmented hue to your eye will only make it pop even more. Ralph says, “Structure your eye look by using pops of colour to bring definition to them in a playful way.”

Look 2: CONTRASTED LASHES AND SHADOWS

Colourblock your eyes with two contrasting shades. “Smudge a warm shade across your lids and pair it with a contrasting colour mascara. The key is create an imperfect look that works for any occasion,” he suggests.

Look 3: HOLOGRAPHIC LIPS

Go futuristic! Amp up the gloss and create a subtle, yet eye catching pout. Add any bright hue to your lips and top it off with some high definition gloss. “Play with Dior Lip Glow to the Max and the new Dior Lip Maximizer for extreme glitz and glow on the lips,” he recommends.

Look 4: DARING BLUSH

Have fun with your blush and go beyond the norm of applying it to your cheeks. Ralph says, “Be daring with a rich-coloured blush. Apply it all over the temples and cheeks and bring the emotions of happiness to your face.”
