Zardosi, metallic threadwork, pearls embellishments, emblematic sequins and holographic crystallised hand embroidery are just a few words that define ace fashion designer Manish Malhotra. As he completes 15 years of his eponymous label, he launches yet another collection that is classic Manish. Taban presents pieces swathed in sequins, deftly embroidered with thread work, holographic accents and elevated with bright textures. The ensemble is a celebration of womanhood.

This year also sees Manish Malhotra complete 30 years as a costume designer in Bollywood. From dressing Kajol in the now iconic green lehenga in Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jaayenge to designing for the new generation of stars such as Tara Sutaria and Ananya Panday in Student Of The Year 2, he is a master storyteller.
