On trend: Matte make-up
Your guide to perfecting shine-free make-up this summer
Matte eye: From being covered up to the crease, to thin lines, the matte eye can go as many ways as you want it to. The key is to use the correct shade. Try sorbet hues like orange, yellow or mauve for the entire eyelid, or go bold with definitive lines of white, blue or green.

Matte lips: Make a statement with bright, electric, matte-finished lips. The flipside of this texture is that it could settle in the cracks of the lip. Make sure that you prep your pout with a balm to free it from any ridges.

Flawless, subdued skin is the up-to-date make-up look that models were seen wearing on the runway all of Spring/Summer. The aim is to achieve the iridescent velvety-finished skin or accentuate one feature with a pop of colour. Click through the gallery above for more on this beauty trend.
