Kitsch is home to luxury brands like Chloé, Saint Laurent and Dolce & Gabbana, but this is the first time it will collaborate with an Indian label on a limited edition collection.
The line, Morphe essentials, comprises classic separates like tailored trousers and an oxford shirt in bold colours with intricate detailing – a fine balance of masculine and feminine elements.
The real hero of the range is the fabric – carefully chosen pure silk crêpe de Chine featuring a new punching embroidery technique. The use of unique embroidered detailing on each piece maintains the delicate line between indian and modern.
The USP is a ‘season-less’ feeling. It’s about consistent styles that will last through the year and can fit into multiple occasions – desk to dinner or weekend brunch to cocktail do.
With its understanding of Indian body types, Morphe has tweaked the silhouettes of this ‘forever’ line – flared pants, wrap details and strategic patchwork – to suit a variety of shapes.
Available this month at Kitsch, Mumbai and New Delhi; and Rocknshop.com
