The Cultured Cousins at Woodside Inn

Toast & Tonic’s burger festival, Sun of a Bun, will include seven scrumptious avatars of the beloved fast-food that takes inspiration from all things local. From healthy reinterpretations that are tofu-based or vegan, to slightly more cheeky versions that star soft-shell crab or lamb, there’s a burger out there for even the pickiest diners. Made with American whole-heartedness but combined with the goodness of Indian ingredients, these buns don’t lie about being the most flavoursome ones around.
