E-entrepreneur and occasional designer, Olivia Palermo has tied up with luxury label Aquazzura to create a capsule collection of footwear for women.
Palermo is a good friend of Edgardo Osorio – the Italian brand’s co-founder and creative director – and is often seen wearing his designs, making it easy for the two to collaborate and share design ideas.
The collection will feature six styles including snakeskin and suede flats, lace-up gladiators, over-the-knee boots, jewelled stilettos, metallic leather sandals and suede booties. After Palermo’s satin and feathered strappy sandal for Stuart Weitzman in 2011, we can’t wait to see the finals results of her work with Osorio. The shoes will hit stores in September and will also be available online at Net-a-Porter.com.
