“This charcoal and ink work speaks of the frustration and anger that people experience in times of conflict. The man is pinned to the ground, his eyes are gouged out and his mouth unleashes anguish even as he is pleasured by a mysterious hand. Pain and pleasure are inseparable. I often use sexuality as an expression of power and violence.”
