Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas are still getting married. Following their Indian wedding, the couple celebrated their nuptials in North Carolina, People and E! are reporting. The two were in Belmont, the hometown of Jonas’s father Kevin Jonas Sr., and had a party at the restaurant the Jonas family owns there, Nellie’s Southern Kitchen.
Chopra wore an embellished white strapless dress while Jonas was in a black button-up top and black pants. It was a more causal take on bridal attire, at least according to photos and videos shared on social media of the event:

Apparently, according to E!, a sign inside the venue read, “Nick and Priyanka just got hitched but that knot that they tied has not been dipped in gravy or honey or hot chicken grease. So it’s time we throw them a Nellie’s Southern feast. Mama and Papa J invite you with pride to come celebrate their boy and his bride.”
This is Chopra and Jonas’s first party for their wedding in the U.S.—or at least that’s been reported. But the two have celebrated their nuptials with exquisite fashion at multiple ceremonies and parties in India. Chopra wore a red tulle Dior gown for what was likely her first reception right after her nuptials at Umaid Bhawan Palace:

But the first dress Chopra publicly unveiled was the champagne Falguni Shane Peacock lehenga choli (a traditional Indian skirt and blouse) with silver embellishments that she wore for her wedding reception in New Delhi’s Taj Palace Hotel. It was held on December 4, two days after her and Jonas’s wedding.
