You don't necessarily put South Indian temple design and Benarasi fabrics in the bracket. Yet Sanjay Garg of Raw Mango is doing just that: bridging the gap with a new collection of silk saris called Three Shuttles. It features stunning designs that mirror intricate carvings seen in Southern temples. The collection derives its name, from a three shuttle weaving technique used to make the saris. Plus, tie-dye – bright a summer favourite – appears on pallus. The lookbook, shot in Bangalore, features portraits of real couples from various backgrounds.
