If you thought Ryan Gosling couldn’t be any more of a catch, the man just secured his position as Husband Of The Year. Looking like a tall drink of Chateau Margaux, the Golden Globes winner for La La Land used his thank you speech to seduce the internet into falling in love with him all over again.
Gosling thanked his wife and mother of their two daughters, Eva Mendes, highlighting how his wife’s sacrifices were the main reasons he had won. “While I was singing and dancing and playing piano and having one of the best experiences I ever had on a film, my lady was raising our daughter, pregnant with our second, and trying to help her brother fight his battle with cancer,” said Gosling. “If she hadn’t have taken all that on so that I could have this experience, there would surely be someone else up here other than me today. So sweetheart, thank you.”
