Shah Rukh and Gauri Khan, one of Bollywood’s rock-solid couples, have mostly been low-key in expressing their love for each other in public. You won’t find them posting tons of selfies from an idyllic vacation like Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja, or indulging in PDA via adorable comments on Instagram, like Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh.
Work-related promos, pictures with industry colleagues and photos of kids usually make up SRK and Gauri’s social media feeds. In fact, it was only in July this year that Shah Rukh Khan posted a picture of him and Gauri.
On the eve of their 27th marriage anniversary, the couple indulged in some social media banter. Gauri, who’s carved a niche for herself as an interior designer, posted an Instagram photo showcasing her latest project.
Shah Rukh Khan saw this as a perfect opportunity to make a point. “When r u designing my office!!! (sic)’ he wanted to know.
Gauri made it clear she’s too busy designing posh residences and commercial spaces. She replied, “As soon as I have some free time.”
