No one knows the importance of a cheat day like Shilpa Shetty Kundra. We’re pretty sure her only motivation for staying this fit is the fact that she has a cheat day to look forward to. Shilpa Shetty is single-handedly motivating us to get a second helping. If her Sunday Binge video series on Instagram is anything to go by, the woman has a serious food addiction. We’re almost certain she just sleeps from Monday to Saturday, then surfaces on Sunday to get the nutrition requirement she missed all week. To be honest if anything was worth waking up for on Sunday, it’s food. And we’re pretty sure in the history of food, no one has enjoyed dessert more than Shilpa Shetty Kundra. Sunday binge is a thing.
It probably just started as her weekly indulgence but her reaction to dessert is how most people react to the birth of their firstborn. Over the course of her Instagram series, Shilpa has indulged in all things deep fried, baked and straight up covered in sugar.
What we’ve understood from this most sacred of Sunday rituals is that Shilpa’s eyes have formulated their own rating technique for the desserts she samples. This highly expressive eye roll is the food critic everyone including MasterChef judges need to pay attention to. We now only eat food which cause Shilpa’s eyes to roll so far back in her head, her pupils disappear. You want to know quality? That’s how you know quality.

Her Sunday binge is so famous Karan Johar has hosted and catered for it. He’s also directed the Instagram post featuring his fruit cake. It co-starred Manish Malhotra and Sridevi, and honestly, we would have paid to watch it on the big screen.
