Ever since his marriage, Virat Kohli’s Instagram has been pumped up full of PDA for wife Anushka Sharma. The Indian cricket captain just scored his 35th ODI hundred, leading India to an 8-wicket win against South Africa just last week, but the celebrations weren’t complete until he got a chance to meet Anushka. And celebrate they did, with Kohli wrapping his movie star wife tightly in his arms, as they posed for a photo under this cheeky street art.
As per tradition, Virat shouted out to his “one and only”, whose sunshine-hued sweater mirrored her mood. The couple has been apart for the past few weeks, with Anushka shooting in India while Virat was on tour.
The previous night, Virat Kohli’s Instagram had a photo celebrating the team’s win at a fine-dine, along with Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Suresh Raina, Shikhar Dhawan and others. At the post-event ceremony a short while earlier, Virat had gushed about Anushka, saying, “My wife has been keeping me motivated throughout. She deserves a lot of credit for that. She has been criticised a lot in the past, but she’s one person who’s kept me going throughout the tour.”
