To bridge the gap, Westin Hotels and Resorts has introduced fitness enthusiast Disha Patani as their advocate for well-being to empower you to regain control of your well-being routine when you need it the most — while travelling.
In a 3-part video series, Disha shares her ideals on holistic wellness that incorporate fitness, nutrition and working out, which are also Westin’s pillars of well-being — Eat Well, Sleep Well and Move Well. “I have always believed in maintaining a calculated balance: from what I eat to my workout sessions, and to giving equal time to my professional and personal life,” said Disha. The same philosophy is translated into the videos that include her mantra to sustain the perfect work-life balance and maintain a healthy lifestyle at work, home and on the road.
“The most important ingredient of holistic wellness is balance and through my role as Westin’s well-being advocate, I aim to inspire others to lead and value a wholesome lifestyle,” she adds.
In her Eat Well video, Disha puts forth her personal philosophy of healthy eating that’s supported by Westin’s wide variety of delicious and healthy superfoods. In the Sleep Well video, the actor shows how comfortable and rejuvenating it is to sleep on the heavenly bed. Lastly, the Move Well video showcases Disha in her own element — dancing and working out at the Westin’s state-of-the-art gym with Westin Gear Lending program.
