After moving from the forests in Anjuna to a house in Saligao, resto-bar Sublime has reinvented itself in a mod, sophisticated way. Owner Christopher Agha Bee runs a tight ship at the recently taken over house, that is a restaurant downstairs and lounge bar upstairs.
