The 29th edition of the Billboard Music Awards, hosted annually in Las Vegas, just came to a glitzy end. The best and brightest in the industry, dressed in couture, gathered for one seriously fun red carpet, serving us *look* after *look* in the process.
Taylor Swift marked her return to the limelight (and red carpet) ina pastel lavender ruffle mini dress and her signature bangs. Singer Cardi-B came out in support of her husband, Offset.
