You saw it on Kim Kardashian, now see how it got made

When Jean Paul Gaultier sat down to create a collection of crystals for Swarovski, he realised what he really wanted in them was an element of imperfection. That explains why he went with a crystal cut with irregular forms, and with shimmering metallic colours. It played with the idea of “perfect imperfection” and was aptly named Kaputt (German for broken). Kaputt made its debut at the Gaultier’s Spring/Summer 2015 Haute Couture show, and was spotted on Kim Kardashian at the Grammy’s.

Watch the video to see how it was employed.
