Let’s say your birth date is 15/10/1994:
The date, 15, is reduced to 1 + 5 = 6
The month, 10, is reduced to 1 + 0 = 1
The year, 1994, is reduced to 1 + 9 + 9 + 4 = 23
Which can be further reduced to 2 + 3 = 5
Add up the reduced date, month and year 6 + 1 + 5 = 12
