K-Town Fest Mumbai

Mumbai is all set to witness its very own K-Town fest this February. The festival promises to be a celebration of Korean culture, with its lineup of captivating performances by bands like Ablue, GreatGuys and the multinational Blackswan group, Korean cultural interaction zones, delectable cuisine and interesting activities for all ages.

‘A Room With A View’ Art Collection, The Taj Mahal Palace

As part of the Mumbai Gallery Weekend, The Art Gallery at The Taj Mahal Palace will showcase key pieces from its permanent collection titled ‘A Room With A View’ curated by Mortimer Chatterjee and will showcase masterpieces by luminaries Ajay De, Nayanaa Kanodia, Ram Kumar, Murli Lahoti, Jehangir Sabavala and Madhav Satwalekar. The Mumbai Gallery Weekend is an attempt by the city’s art galleries to expand the city’s vibrant art scene.

Anjolie The Wanton Fabulist, Art Musings

This solo exhibition by renowned artist Anjolie Ela Menon features some rare early paintings from the artist’s personal collection, which have not been exhibited in recent times, offering the viewer a glimpse into the artist’s trajectory. Over a journey that spans six decades and has taken her across the globe, Menon’s art has incorporated the resonances of diverse cultures. The exhibition also coincides with the 2024 edition of the Mumbai Gallery Weekend.

Lollapalooza India 2024

Jaipur Literature Festival 2024

‘Super Bardo’ by Priyesh Trivedi, Method Kala Ghoda

Priyesh Trivedi, a self-trained visual artist has unveiled his solo exhibition ‘Super Bardo’. The exhibition effortlessly intertwines two disparate worlds – that of the iconic Super Mario and ‘Bardo Thodol’ also known as ‘The Tibetan Book of the Dead’. The artworks draw inspiration from the symbolisms of ‘Thangka’ art and the retro 8-bit iconography of the game.

Echoes of Earth, Goa

India’s greenest music festival is set to debut in Goa.
