1. Mom (2017)
This is the last role of Sridevi and the movie was her 300th film. Here she plays a vigilante mom Devki who goes after the culprits who raped her stepdaughter Aarya. 2. English Vinglish (2012)
This very famous movie stars Sridevi in a complex character Shashi, who is a simple woman who never gets any respect from her family because she doesn’t know English. 5. Laadla (1994)
Sridevi plays the role of a businesswoman challenging who has little respect for others and is painfully rude and unaware of emotions. She marries Raju (Anil Kapoor) out of vengeance but goes on to fall in love with him.
6. Lamhe (1991)

7. Sadma (1983)
A movie where Sridevi performs the role of an amnesiac who is kidnapped and brought to a brothel where a kind man helps her rescue and takes her to his home in Ooty. The story behind her being amnesiac is that she had been in an accident when she was 6 years old and had been severely injured resulting in her memory loss. This left her behaving like a 6-year-old even after she grew up. As a result, she is unable to remember her parent’s name or her address and so she couldn’t ask anyone for help when she ended up in a brothel. Sridevi proved that she truly is a legend with her performance in this role.
