1. New Winter Menu at Taki Taki, Lower Parel (Mumbai)

The winter menu at Taki Taki, curated by Chef Amit Shetty, has something on the menu for every taste, along with a wide variety of Japanese and Pan-Asian meals that include locally sourced ingredients and traditional winter fare served as four courses with special Christmas wine and beverages. Start off with some comforting soups like Vegetable Wonton Soup or Corn and Spare Rib Soup. Other must-try dishes include Kung Pao Brussel Sprouts, Wok Charred Lamb Chops and a new sweet delicacy Japanese Cheese Cake and Melon Sorbet. 2. Beer & Kebab Festival at The Merak Brewhouse, JW Marriott Bengaluru

Curated by Chef Arshad Qureshi, a wide range of delicious vegetarian and non-vegetarian kebabs are available at the festival for you to dig into–from Kalmi kebab, Jhinga E Zaitooni, Amethi ke seekh for the non-veg lovers to Moongfali ke seekh, Suran ka tikka, Pakeeza khumb, and much more.

3. Anniversary Special at O Pedro, BKC (Mumbai)

In honour of its fifth anniversary, the restaurant is providing a gastronomical journey of energising Goan-Portuguese-inspired dishes. Savour dishes like grilled octopus “AMBO-TIK,” pork belly stuffed peppers, Portuguese-style fried green beans, pastel de queijo, beef tartare with “cutless poee,” mushroom BUL-HAO PATO, and beef short rib green curry. The architecturally attractive Koishii restaurant in Mumbai serves comfort food with Peruvian and Japanese ingredients. 6. Winter Menu at Music & Mountains, New Delhi

The new kitchen and bar menu at Music & Mountains is all about love, happiness, and comfort as they celebrate their fifth anniversary. A farm-fresh soup made with mountain apples from Uttarakhand, crisp radish, and homegrown celery that is served with Spanish chorizo and caramelised apples, among others are on the menu this season. Opt for kale and chickpea stews, or try the white bean red pumpkin stew with fresh bay leaf for a lighter, herb-rich flavour. Choose from a wide range of housemade cocktails with wine, scothc, gin and vodka or go with something as timeless as Mulled Wine, Eggnog, Whisky Toddy, and Buttered Rum, so that when you leave, you’re warm and cozy.

7. New Winter Menu at Ivoryy Cocktail Garden, New Delhi

Through a wide range of handcrafted cocktails and food items, Ivoryy explores various taste notes. The food menu includes healthy and creative recipes like Goat Cheese Dolma, Berkshire Chicken Bao, Kaho Mak Gai, Kanafeh Jaffar, and Burnt Babka to enjoy this winter. Ankit Ghawana has specially curated some warm and cozy cocktails to enjoy on a chilly Delhi night. 8. Orient Delicacies at Chowman, Delhi NCR

The dine-in location will take you to the streets of Asian countries with its cosy atmosphere. The Chowman’s Signature Prawn Balls, Baos, Steamed Chicken in Exotic Veg, Stir Fried Pak Choi in Chilli Garlic Sauce, Steamed Fish in Chinese Greens, Sliced Fish in Soya Chilli, and Stir Fried Pak Choi in Chilli Garlic Sauce are the new additions to their starters section. 10. All-New Winter Menu at KLAP, New Delhi

The restaurant’s new menu is made around everything fresh and natural with a touch of nostalgia. For instance, the Lucknowi Haleem served with biscuit roti will take you straight to the land of Nawabs. Another recommendation includes the restaurant’s version of a classic Punjabi Winter Saag. 11. Bao and Taco Menu by Mamagoto, Delhi NCR

The latest menu is a fusion of inspiration from skilled Asian street hawkers who love to experiment. It includes a range of succulent baos and tasty tacos. Must-tries include Char Siu Bao (a traditional steamed bao filled with barbecued pork), Wild Mushroom Bao (steamed bao filled with truffle oil and flavoured assorted wild mushrooms), Goat Cheese Tacos (made with fried goat cheese, fresh mint, kimchi, greens, mango) and Pulled pork belly tacos constructed with thinly sliced pork belly, greens, plum sauce, and sliced green apples.

14. Boba Tea Flavours at Harajuku Tokyo Cafe, Gurugram

Given that India is known for its love of tea, the Japanese cafe has expanded its selection of delicacies by adding a new line of Boba tea. The delicious beverage can be ordered with milk tea or fruit tea. Delectable flavours in milk tea, such as caramel, chocolate, hazelnut, mango, mocha, tara, strawberry, green apple, pineapple, tapioca, etc., have been introduced to give the Japanese-inspired Boba Tea a twist while maintaining its authenticity.

17. ‘Only At’ Collection at Hakkasan, Bandra (Mumbai)

For the very first time, the restaurant’s latest ‘Only At’ menu has been crafted in collaboration with the renowned chef Manu Chandra. Taking inspiration from India’s local spices and ingredients, the chef combines it with Hakkasan’s signature Cantonese flavours.
