June might have disappointed us with a delayed monsoon, but it certainly has kept us entertained so far with an array of new releases. If you’re done binge-watching all the episodes of Black Mirror, Never Have I Ever and Scoop, and need more recommendations to fill that void in your life, don’t worry; we’re always here to help. 3. And Just Like That Season 2
We’re not going to lie–one of the major reasons we’re excited about the new season of the Sex and the City reboot is the return of Samantha Jones played by Kim Cattrall. While the star will only make a small guest appearance in the finale, the anticipation is very much intact. The trailer of And Just Like That Season 2 opens with a very strong quote by Carrie, “You don’t move on because you’re not ready too. But you move on because you’ve outgrown who you used to be.” And this tells us that the leading ladies of the show are all moving on and dealing with new changes in their life–whether it is Miranda exploring her relationship with Che, or Charlotte accepting her daughter Rock’s sexual orientation as well as dealing with her other daughter Lily wanting to lose her virginity. As for Carrie, she is finally letting in new men in her life but just when she says some things are best left in the past, she is seen meeting her old flame Aiden–another reason why we’re excited for the upcoming season! So how will everything turn out in their lives? We’ll have to watch to find out.

4. The Witcher Season 3 (Volume 1)
Chaos is coming, not just because of the order of events in the finale of the previous season but also because this will be the last season in which Henry Cavill will appear (we’re sobbing already). So what can you expect in the upcoming season? “As monarchs, mages, and beasts of the Continent compete to capture her, Geralt takes Ciri of Cintra into hiding, determined to protect his newly-reunited family against those who threaten to destroy it. Entrusted with Ciri’s magical training, Yennefer leads them to the protected fortress of Aretuza, where she hopes to discover more about the girl’s untapped powers; instead, they discover they’ve landed in a battlefield of political corruption, dark magic, and treachery. They must fight back, put everything on the line — or risk losing each other forever.”
