Olive Bar & Kitchen, Bandra has just launched a new menu, crafted by Executive Chef Chirag Makwana and his culinary team. With an emphasis on comfort food, the menu serves as an extension of the restaurant’s beloved Sunday brunch, bringing that easy, laid-back Sunday brunch vibe to all-day dining.
Guests can try Bagels & Sandwiches like the Mushroom Melt, milk bread, truffle mushroom pate, sun-dried tomatoes, cheddar and mozzarella mix; Turkish Lamb Bread, succulent lamb kebab encased in house-made bread, with muhammara and sumac onions; and Ribwich, Belgian pork spare ribs glazed with barbecue sauce and bacon jam, topped with creamy coleslaw and spicy aioli. Egg lovers will enjoy new additions such as Salmon Toast with Truffle Scrambled Eggs; and Turkish Eggs.
A new range of Healthy Bowls offers picks like Butternut Squash Curry Bowl, oven-roasted butternut squash curry served with buttered red rice; Breakfast Bowl, scrambled eggs, sweet potato, avocado mousse, mushroom and grilled toast; and Grilled Salmon Bowl, grilled salmon on a bed of quinoa fried rice, topped with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
Small Plates like the hearty Pierogis, Polish-style dumplings stuffed with potatoes and cheese, served on a bed of sesame garlic yoghurt; and Quinoa Cakes, served on a bed of muhammara, with candied hazelnuts, smashed avocado and five-seed crackers; and delicious Chorizo and Pepperoni Pull-Aparts, and Fresh Pasta like Rotola, rolled lasagna stuffed with a mushroom and ricotta mix, topped with tomato butter are other new additions to the menu, which is now replete with brunch-inspired classics, allowing guests to indulge their fancy for a bite of brunch any day of the week.
