Sushmita Sen Works Out Like A Beast And It’s Motivating As Crazy

Sushmita Sen turned heads when she walked the ramp as a showstopper for House of Kotwara at the Lakme Fashion Week Summer/Resort 2018. The ex-Miss Universe looked her regal best in the outfit, walking to the tune of Umrao Jaan. All we could do was stare in awe and not take our eyes off her beauty.

Sen comes out as the epitome of beauty and elegance (despite the age) with that svelte figure, has sure not been easy to maintain. It is pretty natural for us to wonder how she manages a well-toned physique whilst facing a slip disk injury back in 2006, where she was left unfit for even the most basic gym workout.

At that point having herself introduced to Aerial Silk workout surely helped her well. For those who don’t know yet what Aerial Silk workout is? It is a broad term for dance form in the air using silk fabric specially made for the routine. It is strengthning yourself in the air. Sounds interesting right? She adds it up with martial art techniques of Kalaripattu, basic cardio and yoga. The leggy lass is very conscious about her figure and follows a strict exercise routine. Sen who has lately been off movies keeps us intrigued with her social media updates. No doubts that she works out like a beast and there’s nothing that will stop her.

Her Instagram account boasts about her workouts and how fun they are. Including the times when she is seen dancing and fooling around with her two daughters – Alisah and Renee.

It already looks like they are following the mother’s footsteps and it’s not long before they stand out just like the mom.

Just last year she posted a photo of her toned mid riff that made us drool and envious at the same time. The caption clearly told us about what she wants for her 42nd birthday month and we couldn’t be less inspired.
