Taylor Swift, the undisputed queen of easter eggs, has laid another teaser for her legion of loyal and adoring fans.
On an outing with her long-time friend and founding member of the Swift Squad, Gigi Hadid, Swift was seen wearing a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it necklace, which read ‘TS12’. Swifties, naturally, took the ornamentation has proof that their patron saint is working on new music.

In fact, Swift’s legion of fans have been in overdrive since one of her close collaborators, Jack Antonoff, shared a throwback photo on September 18 of the singer in a recording studio with producer Sounwave, who worked on Swift’s 2022 album Midnights.
Antonoff’s black-and-white BTS picture was dated December 21, 2023, leading to suspicion among the Swifties. Swift’s eleventh album, The Tortured Poets Department, was released on April 11, but it doesn’t feature any contributions from Sounwave, which has led fans to believe that Swift has already begun work on her twelfth album, affectionately dubbed TS12. Swift’s wearing of a ‘TS12’ necklace has only further fueled the speculation.
Her twelfth album isn’t the only one that Swifties are eagerly anticipating. Swift’s re-release of her best-selling 2017 album Reputation is also expected to be released in the imminent future.
Swift has seemingly hinted at the version of Reputation (Taylor’s Version) that will be released. In her 2023 Person of the Year interview for TIME magazine, Swift described re-visiting the songs like a mythical quest, comparing the re-recording to a movie. She added: ‘I’m collecting horcruxes. I’m collecting infinity stones. Gandalf’s voice is in my head every time I put out a new one. For me, it is a movie now.’
Reputation was released in November 2017 and included songs like ‘End Game’, ‘Look What You Made Me Do’ and ‘Delicate’.
