Sonam Kapoor was recently awarded the ‘Trailblazer Performance of the Year’ award and true to her fashionista title, she gave us some serious inspo at the ceremony, with her gorgeous eye makeup. She opted for an iridescent eye look that only looked better the longer you looked at it. Recreate this for a night out or even a dinner date; celebrity make-up artist, Arti Nayar tells you how:
Step 1: Prep the lid with an eye primer and then apply the pastel blue eyeshadow in the inner corner of your eye and blend it out, towards the outer corner of the eye.

Step 2: Apply the purple eyeshadow from the outer corner towards the inner corner of your lid, but make sure you don’t blend the blue and the purple eyeshadows together

Step 3: Take a nice bright yellow eyeshadow and apply that to the inner corner of your eye. To give it a soft finish, make sure you blend it out

Step 4: Line your lower lash line with a pink eyeliner, to build up the pink, use a matte pastel pink eyeshadow and blend it into the lower lash line

Step 5: Take brown kajal pencil and line your top and bottom lash line.

Step 6: To tie the whole look together, take a cream based glitter eyeshadow and smudge it all over your top eyelid for a dreamy look. Don’t forget to really curl your falsies.
