The ladies tailor returns. Manish Arora’s Spring/Summer 2015 collection, ‘Indian’, enters the multi-designer store Ensemble today.
It is, as the name suggests, an Indian-wear line — inspired by the Light Festivals of Belgium and Paris. Arora introduces ‘lights’ into the pieces as embroidery and sequins. Each piece is crafted with delicate, translucent fabric. And the abstract motifs are Arora’s take on Mexican folk art. There’s also a (very) vibrant colour palette: shades of sea green, powder blue, ivory and gold. Quintessential Arora.
