SWAASTHI is a dedicated helpline for frontline health workers. It addresses psychosocial concerns faced by healthcare staff and provides mental health and psychosocial support. Run by a trained and qualified team of counsellors, it is a completely anonymous and confidential service that can be availed free of cost over the telephone.

4. BMC-Mpower

Mpower has partnered with the Brihan Mumbai Corporation to come up with a toll-free helpline service with experienced and trained mental health counsellors.
