Never has the power of a community coming together and helping each been as strong as it is now. As we get ready to battle the new wave of coronavirus, there’s no doubt it can get tough and take a toll on our mental health. There is a lot of negativity around us, and to feel better, all you need to do sometimes is talk about it. We’ve put together a list of mental health services* to get you through these trying times. 3. SWAASTHI Helpline by iCall

SWAASTHI is a dedicated helpline for frontline health workers. It addresses psychosocial concerns faced by healthcare staff and provides mental health and psychosocial support. Run by a trained and qualified team of counsellors, it is a completely anonymous and confidential service that can be availed free of cost over the telephone.

4. BMC-Mpower

Mpower has partnered with the Brihan Mumbai Corporation to come up with a toll-free helpline service with experienced and trained mental health counsellors.

It is run by trained professionals and frontline workers.
