With healthy eating and popularity of organic produce on the rise, Kitchen Garden by Suzette is all set to launch their third café in Mumbai. A favourite amongst fitness and clean eating food lovers, this new outlet will open in Juhu on Sunday, the 10th of March. This organic café has a farm to table policy, so feel free to indulge in pancakes, a dessert or even an avocado salad. To celebrate the opening of the café, a farmers market pop-up will be set up, where you can buy some of the star ingredients that feature on Kitchen Garden’s menu–expect lots of salad leaves and greens, cherry tomatoes, sweet potatoes, butternut squash, French beans, edamame, colourful beets, edible flowers, and ancient grains. Early risers, take note, this outlet opens earlier than its Bandra counterparts, making it the ultimate go-to for a quick (or long and relaxed) breakfast stop!
The team behind Kitchen Garden has some exciting future plans as well. Jeremie Sabbagh, head chef and baker, says, “These pop-up farmer’s markets will soon be a regular feature at our Juhu cafe. Besides that we are also working on our upcoming bakery in Bandra that will offer our signature artisan sourdough loaves, plenty of healthy ancient grains breads and French classic desserts. It’ll follow the hilosophy of baking healthy, organic and delicious food.”
