RumBah at The Ritz-Carlton in Bangalore is going to be your new favourite lounge

The latest poster child of reinvention seems to be rum. And in Bengaluru, a city that’s known for its beer culture, The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore, has taken the task head on with the launch of RumBah, a lounge dedicated solely to rum.

Apart from a menu featuring global varieties such as Diplomatico (Venezuela) and Kraken (Trinidad and Tobago), the in-house mixologist also crafts some wonderful concoctions of his own. Top marks go to Lavender Delight, a signature cocktail with hibiscus sous vide rum, Martini Bianco, homemade lavender bitters and grapefruit tonic water.
