Vardhaman Choksi (VC): My journey has been marked by resilience, adaptability, adventure and the deep-rooted be-lief that businesses should offer more than just products. It should provide patrons with a place they can truly call home. Escobar reflects not only my entrepreneurial spirit but also the belief that personal journeys can shape and contribute to the growth of exceptional brands.

Our mission was clear: to prove that outstanding brands can indeed originate and thrive in India. Escobar has been a testament to that vision since its inception.

VC: Over the years, we’ve continued to evolve, and as we celebrate our 14th year, we’re excited to unveil our latest culinary endeavour–an authentic Asian tapas menu. It is a testament to our commitment to bringing in diverse and globally-inspired flavours. Each tapas dish is thoughtfully crafted to enhance our cocktails. Our menu includes a delectable selection of sushi, dim sum, flavourful mains and a legendary dessert platter that steals the spotlight. We have always been inspired by the vibrant spirit of Latin America. We pride ourselves on serving cocktails that are as pure as they are flavorful.

ELLE: How do you manage to stay relevant in this dynamic field?

Whether it’s through mobile apps, QR codes, or digital menus, technology also plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall party experience. Parties are no longer confined to traditional club settings. Rooftop venues, outdoor spaces, and unique locations have become popular choices.
