Japanese cuisine is having a moment right now and we are thrilled. Another restaurant has opened its doors in the city that never sleeps. While seafood lovers can immerse themselves with classics such as lip-smacking sushi, crunchy gyozas, nigiri and maki, vegetarians and vegans won’t have FOMO as the restaurant has options for you too. For instance, shrimp is substituted with asparagus, California roll is stuffed with avocado and rock shrimp is replacedcorn. So go ahead and binge!
