Recently, Sonam Kapoor dazzled at the Dior Show during the Paris Haute Couture Week with a look that radiated elegance and sophistication. This ethereal beauty was crafted by none other than celebrity makeup artist Namrata Soni, the creative genius behind Simply Nam. Here’s a breakdown of how this stunning look came together, step by step.
Skin Prep:
Step 1: Namrata began by prepping Sonam’s skin, ensuring a flawless base for the makeup. She started with Pixi DetoxifEYE Eye Patches to de-puff the eye area, instantly revitalising the under-eye region.
Step 2: Next, the Indulgeo Essentials Rose Gold Oil was massaged into Sonam’s face. This luxurious oil helps to contour by removing any excess fluid build-up, giving a sculpted look. Any residual product was gently removed with the Simply Nam Towel.
Step 3: Hydration played a crucial role in achieving that fresh, dewy look. A generous layer of Dior Prestige Moisturizer was applied, followed by Bobbi Brown Eye Cream under the eyes to keep the delicate skin hydrated and smooth.
Step 4: To ensure her lips were plump and ready for colour, Sonam wore the Simply Nam Lip Mask.

Flawless Base:
Step 5: Namrata mixed a colour corrector with Dior Correct Concealer and applied it under the eyes, on the eyelids, and around the corners of the lips and nose. Using the Simply Nam Microfiber Sponge, she blended everything seamlessly.
Step 6: For a touch of colour and contour, Simply Nam Magic Cream Blush in the shade Sister from Another Mister was used for face draping, adding a natural flush to the apples of Sonam’s cheeks and high cheekbones. Nars Cream Contour in Shade 04 was then applied to the face, jawline, nose, and cheekbones, creating beautiful angles and definition.
Step 7: The foundation was airbrushed to create a smooth, even canvas, and the look was set with Dior Cushion Powder for a flawless finish.
All About The Eyes:
Step 8: The eyes were the focal point of this look. A Simply Nam 90s Cream Shadow in rose gold was applied all over the eyelids and blended upwards and outwards.
Step 9: This was followed by Simply Nam Ultimate Kajal in Metallic Bronze on the eyelids and under the bottom waterline, creating a soft bronze smoky effect.
Step 10: To intensify the eyes, a dark brown pencil, Simply Nam Ultimate Kajal in Intense Brown, was used to create a smudged liner above the lashes, pulled out into a small wing, and connected at the bottom corners for a snatched look.
Step 11: Lashes were curled and coated with two layers of Dior Mascara, adding volume and drama.
Lips and Finishing Touches
Step 12: Lips were lined with Dior Nude Lip Pencil and filled in with Simply Nam Cream Soft Lipstick in a soft pink-brown shade, set to launch soon. A touch of lip balm in the centre added to the illusion of fuller, pouty lips.
Step 13: To complete the look, a highlighter from Dior Backstage was applied to the high points of Sonam’s cheekbones and the bridge of her nose, giving her that signature, lit-from- within glow.
