Yami Gautam has that enviable double whammy of looking like the prettiest girl in the neighbourhood without any effort, while also rocking a well-honed physique. The Kaabil star doesn’t document her every kale smoothie on social media, but she’s got a few fitness tricks of her own.
Instead of hitting the treadmill with a vengeance or hopping onto the latest yoga fad to sweep through Bollywood, Yami has trained her sights on aqua workouts. “When you hear “water workouts” I’m sure you start picturing swimming laps. But it’s actually completely different; in fact, you don’t even need to know how to swim since it’s performed in the shallow end of a swimming pool,” says Yami, recalling how her association with Speedo has helped her improve her fitness levels.
“It’s helped me train harder without worrying about muscle soreness and injuries. I’m sleeping so much better too.”
